About The Position

As a CosmoProf Store Manager, you will be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, dedicated to empowering licensed professionals in the Beauty Industry. The role involves managing talent, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer has an epic experience based on education, product, inspiration, and community. You will be responsible for overseeing all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, including maintaining budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. Additionally, you will protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring adherence to safety, security, and company policies, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience
• 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!

• Protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring that all staff follows safety and security rules and procedures, as well as Company policies
• Make sure your store always looks its best!
