About The Position

Join the 12th Tribe Team as a Store Manager! Are you a go-getter with a passion for people and a flair for style and creativity? As the Store Manager you are the face of the 12th Tribe store; the heart and soul! You’ll be overseeing everything from daily operations, to staff development, to events and partnerships - dreaming up and executing exciting new ways to build business and community. You'll partner with the Operations Manager to recruit, onboard, and train our team, ensuring everyone is aligned with our vision. You’ll lead by example, keeping the store’s energy high, motivating your team to hit sales goals, and providing a personalized and special shopping experience for every customer who walks through the door.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a retail environment, ideally in fashion.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people, both customers and team members.
A driven, self-motivated attitude with the ability to inspire others to take on challenges.
A strong passion for styling and selling, with the ability to lead by example.
Comfort working both independently and as part of a team, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
A positive attitude and willingness to tackle any task—no job is too big or too small!
Availability to work a 40 hour work week and ability to work nights and holidays when necessary.

Responsibilities

Lead daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring the store is always ready to go for a great day.
Collaborate with your direct manager on recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
Help to develop and maintain operational, training and PK resources for team
Help identify and execute business plans to maximize store performance and growth opportunities.
Track and report sales goals, providing regular coaching and feedback to the team to drive success.
Foster a positive environment where excellent customer service and team rapport is a top priority.
Be the store's lead stylist, providing personalized style recommendations to customers.
Build lasting relationships with customers by engaging with them, understanding their needs, and offering tailored outfit suggestions.
Foster a welcoming and positive shopping experience for everyone who enters, helping them feel confident and connected to the 12th Tribe vibe.
Handle phone and Slack inquiries with the same friendly and helpful approach.
Stay on top of fashion trends, fabric details, and styling tips, sharing this knowledge with your team and customers
Lead by example with your own styling and inspire others to embody the 12th Tribe aesthetic
Be actively involved in product launches, helping the team stay updated on new arrivals and monthly drops.
Work with ASM to oversee fitting rooms, ensuring they are organized, styled, and ready for customers to find their perfect fit.
Lead the store in sales performance—set the bar high and inspire your team to exceed targets.
Take ownership of the sales floor, actively engaging with customers to drive sales and improve the overall customer experience.
Collaborate with the corporate team to create strategies for driving traffic through outreach, events, and social media campaigns.
Constantly be looking for new ways to generate events and sales to promote traffic
Build and maintain a client book with VIP bringing customers in for new collections and special promotions.
You take the lead to create visually compelling displays that highlight our collections and boost sales and pass it down to the store team
Ensure the store’s visual standards are maintained daily, keeping displays fresh and inviting
Be comfortable appearing in videos and social media content to promote the store and connect with our community.
Partner with your direct manager to come up with fun and new ways to connect with our community online
Maintain store security by following procedures for closing, including ensuring the store is locked, alarms are set, and safes are secured.
Stay on top of inventory, stock control, and shipping with the support of the team.
Work with your direct manager and ASM to ensure the store is always tidy, organized, and ready for a successful day.
