About The Position

Rally House is a specialty retail store that offers local and team apparel and gifts. The company is seeking a Store Manager who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and demonstrates energy, passion, and leadership. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, drive sales, inspire their team, and ensure the store is always prepared for game day. Key responsibilities include managing staffing, scheduling, customer experience, and merchandising, while fostering a culture of accountability and excitement. Rally House aims to celebrate hometown connections by providing a wide selection of local and team merchandise, helping fans express their pride. For campus and stadium locations, leaders are encouraged to be true fans and alumni, embodying the traditions and rivalries of the college teams they represent, and transforming the store into an extension of the stadium. Requirements

Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities.
Detail oriented
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic attitude
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong merchandising and visual skills.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail
Minimum 2 years store management and coaching and developing others
Required to stand and walk
Required to talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
Required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls
Required to reach with hands and arms
Required to differentiate colors
Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch
Regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in, on, around, over and under fixed equipment and ladders.
