Store Manager
About The Position
Reporting to the Area Manager, this role is your opportunity to lead, inspire, and make a major impact. As the driving force behind all store operations and merchandising, you'll be empowered to maximize profitability while delivering our best-in-class guest experience. Youll take full ownership of the storefrom managing inventory and creating standout visual displays, to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for both team members and guests. This role is all about building and leading a powerhouse team through hiring, training, and cultivating a strong, high-performing culture.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent education
- At least 4 years of hands-on retail experienceyou know how to create standout customer moments
- 3+ years leading teamsyoure a proven motivator with strong leadership instincts
- A passion for the snow sports industry, you speak the language of winter adventure
- Tech-savvy and confident with Microsoft OfficeExcel, Word, and Outlook
- Top-notch communicatorclear, confident, and effective in both written and spoken English
- A self-starter with strong multitasking skills, you stay cool, organized, and driven under pressure
- Experienced (or quick to learn) with retail POS systems, you keep transactions smooth and efficient
- Physically ready to be on your feetable to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
