About The Position

Fired Cannabis is a new fast growing cannabis chain in Colorado! We offer the best selection of products in the state paired with a superior customer experience. We are looking for friendly, up-beat retail professionals to join the Fired Cannabis team! We are a fast-growing Colorado cannabis chain with seven locations, seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee dispensary operations. This role requires strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Requirements

5 years of customer service and/or sales experience
3 years of management experience
2 years of cannabis industry experience
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
Must hold a valid Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Employee Badge
Excellent verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficiency with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office programs, including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Word, and Excel
Knowledge of METRC
Familiarity with local and state laws related to cannabis sales, including Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) regulations
Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs and be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach
Must have reliable transportation to store

Responsibilities

Oversee all cannabis sales operations
Manage store opening and closing procedures
Build and increase customer retention, foster customer relationships, and develop brand awareness and loyalty
Enhance customer experience and deliver excellent service to improve the shopping experience
Promote and sell products to achieve sales targets
Provide guidance to customers as needed, including resolving customer complaints
Perform daily cash verifications and recordings
Manage store delivery, transfers, and inventory management processes
Lead workforce and performance management efforts, including hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring, and evaluating employee performance
Ensure processes and procedures comply with internal policies and standards, as well as local and state regulations
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including organizing products and inventory, sweeping, mopping, and dusting
Manage staff scheduling
Perform other duties as assigned
