About The Position

Fired Cannabis is a new fast growing cannabis chain in Colorado! We offer the best selection of products in the state paired with a superior customer experience. We are looking for friendly, up-beat retail professionals to join the Fired Cannabis team! We are a fast-growing Colorado cannabis chain with seven locations, seeking a dedicated Store Manager to oversee dispensary operations. This role requires strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Requirements

  • 5 years of customer service and/or sales experience
  • 3 years of management experience
  • 2 years of cannabis industry experience
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
  • Must hold a valid Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Employee Badge
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office programs, including Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Word, and Excel
  • Knowledge of METRC
  • Familiarity with local and state laws related to cannabis sales, including Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) regulations
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs and be able to stand, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach
  • Must have reliable transportation to store

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all cannabis sales operations
  • Manage store opening and closing procedures
  • Build and increase customer retention, foster customer relationships, and develop brand awareness and loyalty
  • Enhance customer experience and deliver excellent service to improve the shopping experience
  • Promote and sell products to achieve sales targets
  • Provide guidance to customers as needed, including resolving customer complaints
  • Perform daily cash verifications and recordings
  • Manage store delivery, transfers, and inventory management processes
  • Lead workforce and performance management efforts, including hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring, and evaluating employee performance
  • Ensure processes and procedures comply with internal policies and standards, as well as local and state regulations
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including organizing products and inventory, sweeping, mopping, and dusting
  • Manage staff scheduling
  • Perform other duties as assigned
