The Back-of-House (BOH) Director is responsible for leading all kitchen operations with excellence-ensuring that every guest receives hot, fresh, craveable food prepared safely, accurately, and efficiently. This leader will oversee food safety, quality, speed, and cost performance while developing and empowering team members to perform at a high level. The BOH Director models servant leadership, operational discipline, and care for others in alignment with Chick-fil-A's purpose: to glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us and to have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A.
