About The Position

As the Store Manager at Auntie Annes Cinnabon, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional products and customer service while maintaining a positive and productive work environment. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring operational excellence in accordance with Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon Brand standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a leadership role within the food service or retail industry.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency in basic financial and inventory management tools.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees.
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to promote growth and excellence.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment.
Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and equipment maintenance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food sanitation standards.
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency.
Conduct regular store inspections to maintain cleanliness and organization.
Customer Service: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and effectively.
Financial Accountability: Manage and monitor the store's budget, expenses, and labor costs to maximize profitability.
Track and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation of daily sales reports.
Marketing & Brand Promotion: Implement marketing initiatives and promotions to drive customer traffic and sales.
Ensure all team members uphold Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon brands image and product quality.
