About The Position

The Store Manager position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising onsite projects, communicating with the home office team, and maintaining good relationships with tenants. Store Managers contribute to a successful property by running an organized office, engaging positively with customers, earnestly following up on leads, maintaining existing business relationships with clients and vendors, and communicating clearly with the entire management team.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance
Superior customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate with solid office skills
Take-charge/can-do mentality yet able to follow set procedures.

Responsibilities

Leasing storage and parking
Managing a team
Assisting with maintenance
Supervising onsite projects
Communicating with the home office team
Maintaining good relationships with tenants by providing outstanding customer service
Keeping the facility rented at optimum levels
Prepares units for auction and vacates units as prescribed by law and approved by management
Other duties as assigned
