The Store Manager position is a salaried role responsible for providing daily leadership to all positions within the store, including General Service Technicians, Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and Assistant Store Manager. This role involves day-to-day leadership of the store and teammates, including selecting, coaching, and developing them, and promoting products and services to guests. The position supports Monro’s vision to be America’s leading auto and service tire service centers, trusted by guests for quality automotive service and tires.
