About The Position

The Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our new retail location in Allen, TX. This role drives retail sales through outstanding customer service, effective inventory management, and data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the Store Manager oversees recruitment, hiring, training, and performance management of store employees.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of related management experience, or 3 years as a Store Manager.
Prior supervisory experience required.
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Maintain company standards for merchandise presentation and in-store experience.
Partner with the sales planning team to maintain appropriate product levels.
Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and cash-handling procedures.
Lead recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for exempt and non-exempt store roles.
Coach, mentor, and hold staff accountable through training and performance management.
Deliver corrective action and counseling when performance standards are not met.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Retail Operations.
