Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service leadership preferred.
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent service both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
