About The Position

As a Store Manager, you will lead the customer and associate experiences in your store. Hire and build an effective store team through training, coaching, and talent development. Create an inclusive store environment for associates where everyone feels welcome and engaged. Develop a strong operational dynamic within the team to achieve store goals. Promote in-store community events and philanthropic partnerships. Use tools and reporting to oversee store profitability, effective budgeting, and payroll. Analyze reporting to develop short and long-term retail plans. Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing.

Requirements

  • 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred)
  • Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates
  • Strong people management skills and an ability to develop talent
  • Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and create action plans to drive results
  • Action-oriented mindset with an ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines
