We're seeking an experienced Store Manager to join us well in advance of our grand opening to help bring this exciting new store to life. Creating an all-around enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring. A shining example of well behavior and high performance. Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. Dealing with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.) Meeting goals by training, motivating, and providing feedback to team members. Conducting performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths. Implementing business strategies to attract new customers and enhance profitability. Undertaking store administrative tasks (manage store budgets, track financial records.) Requirements

Candidates must be 18+ years or older
Complete a pre-employment background check
Previous experience in a store management role is essential
Ability to frequently lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 50lbs
