About The Position

This is your Wendys. As a General Manager, you oversee all people and operation for your Wendys restaurant. Were counting on you to create and sustain a fun, inviting work environment and to model Wendys core values every day. You and your leadership team will work together to create a culture of consistency and performance to drive customer service, training and development, sales & profit growth and accountability across the entire restaurant team. You run the show, and youll be responsible for managing the P&L to control costs and achieve specified profit targets by identifying areas of opportunity in revenue growth, customer service and process improvement. Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience leading people at the store manager position.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible work availability.
  • A commitment to promoting proper procedures and a culture of food safety
