We are looking for an energetic, organized, and people-first Store Manager who can balance guest service, staff development, and operational leadership. The Store Manager is responsible for building a healthy store culture, developing future leaders, and ensuring excellence across all aspects of the store. Position Summary The Store Manager serves as the primary leader of the store, responsible for overall performance and culture. This role leads the team by: ● Coaching, mentoring, and developing Team Members ● Creating a welcoming, safe, and service-driven environment ● Leading by example on the sales floor ● Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding Team Members ● Communicating expectations, needs, and areas of improvement with Store Support ● Driving team engagement and cultivating a positive store culture ● Overseeing daily store operations with excellence The Store Manager should spend the majority of time on the sales floor (at least 80%) leading the team, connecting with guests, and ensuring the store environment reflects AO standards.
