At Sally – We want to inspire a more colorful, confident, and welcoming world. Your primary role as a Store Manager: When it comes to the customer experience – it all starts with you. Your role is to manage talent, inspire your team and make sure every customer comes away with a great experience. You will help ensure that your store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all store operations with an emphasis on maintaining assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. You will protect customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring that all staff follows safety and security rules and procedures, as well as Company policies. Foster an environment of diversity, inclusion and belonging.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred
• Ability to lead or support a team of associates to meet business objectives
• Can effectively communicate with team and management
• Must have scheduling availability to meet the needs of the business

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required
