You will also be responsible for maintaining the facility, managing customer accounts, and overseeing general administrative tasks, including debt management. The position requires occasional travel to support other stores, ensuring consistent standards across all sites. Requirements

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to effectively address customer needs.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to work outdoors and maintain the grounds.
A valid driver’s license.
Valid insurance.
Vehicle (mileage reimbursed for travel between stores).
Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee Store Operations: Collaborate to enhance business growth and maximize sales.
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with customers through phone, face-to-face, and email, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
Maintain Our Facility: Open, operate, and close the office. Light maintenance and cleaning of the property to ensure it is clean, safe and secure for our customers and their belongings.
Manage Accounts: Handle customer accounts, assist with account setup, and oversee general administrative tasks, including debt management.
Travel Between Locations: Occasionally support other stores while maintaining our consistent standards across all sites.
