About The Position

StorageMart is seeking a Store Manager to be a vital part of a thriving sector in retail. As a Store Manager, you will collaborate to enhance business growth, maximize sales, and deliver exceptional customer service through various channels. You will also be responsible for maintaining the facility, managing customer accounts, and overseeing general administrative tasks, including debt management. The position requires occasional travel to support other stores, ensuring consistent standards across all sites. StorageMart is a family-owned business with a global presence across the U.K., Canada, and the United States, offering opportunities for employees to contribute ideas and grow within the company.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to effectively address customer needs.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to work outdoors and maintain the grounds.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Valid insurance.
  • Vehicle (mileage reimbursed for travel between stores).
  • Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Store Operations: Collaborate to enhance business growth and maximize sales.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with customers through phone, face-to-face, and email, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Maintain Our Facility: Open, operate, and close the office. Light maintenance and cleaning of the property to ensure it is clean, safe and secure for our customers and their belongings.
  • Manage Accounts: Handle customer accounts, assist with account setup, and oversee general administrative tasks, including debt management.
  • Travel Between Locations: Occasionally support other stores while maintaining our consistent standards across all sites.
