About The Position

We are hiring for a Store Manager to lead our Bellevue dispensary. Our Bellevue store is home to a passionate, knowledgeable team of cannabis professionals. This is more than a management role; it's an opportunity to help shape the cannabis retail experience in Washington while mentoring a high-performing team and building lasting customer relationships. As a Store Manager, you'll be the culture carrier and operations driver of the store-leading by example and fostering a team that values education, inclusion, and trust. Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience managing a retail store (not assistant or shift-level roles)
  • Proven track record of developing and holding teams accountable
  • Strong understanding of store operations: scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and customer service
  • Washington State Certified Medical Consultant credential or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be 21 years of age or older (in accordance with Washington cannabis law)
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for long periods, and performing other retail physical duties

Nice To Haves

  • Cannabis retail experience
  • Deep product knowledge and familiarity with WA state compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support all levels of staff, from Shift Supervisors to Budtenders
  • Oversee store operations, including labor planning, cash handling, inventory, and P&L performance
  • Deliver coaching, feedback, and performance management in alignment with company standards
  • Drive customer satisfaction through product knowledge, compliance, and thoughtful service
  • Ensure compliance with state cannabis laws and company policies
  • Partner cross-functionally with district leadership, HR, and store support teams
  • Champion a safe, respectful, and engaging work environment
