The Store Manager is responsible for driving the overall success of the store by delivering exceptional customer experience, maximizing sales performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role provides strong leadership to the store team, fostering a positive work environment that aligns with company values and achieves business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably in premium or luxury retail.
  • Experience in luxury, Fashion/Cosmetics/Lifestyle Brands
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in training, team development, and performance management.
  • Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Inventory Management and product merchandizing

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an elegant and immersive store environment aligned with brand aesthetics.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to support selling strategies and enhance customer engagement.
  • Ensure a premium, service-focused environment that reflects the brand’s standards
  • Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, recognition, and performance management.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Oversee all daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Manage inventory, stock flow, and loss prevention to ensure operational accuracy.
  • Hire, train all staff. Ensure scheduling coverage for operating hours.
