Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a retail setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize store sales and profitability while minimizing expenses.
• Delegate daily tasks and train retail staff for growth and success.
• Conduct associate evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop in-store marketing strategies and seasonal merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain store appearance.
• Promote a Customer First Sales Culture and lead by example.
• Drive customer satisfaction through effective coaching and support.
• Utilize performance reports to identify service improvement opportunities.
• Engage and motivate the team through regular communication and huddles.
