Requirements

2+ years supervisory experience required
Ability to remain calm during all situations; provide constructive feedback; able to inspire teamwork and respect.
Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with typical office and point-of-sale software systems.
Highly organized, detail oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication, and customer service skills.
Must possess the ability to train and motivate staff members.
Ability to work independently and under direction.
Exercise sound judgment with regards to issue escalation.
Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate as member of management team to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Austin store.
Consistently coach employees to increase impact through improved communications and training.
Coordinate projects to meet deadlines for sales and inventory.
Review customer satisfaction and take steps to be sure each client is completely satisfied.
Collaborate with key department directors within the organization.
Respond to issues, examine options and alternatives, and make informed decisions addressing problems as they arise.
