About The Position

By working at CosmoProf, you would be part of the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, dedicated to empowering licensed professionals in the Beauty Industry. As a Store Manager, you are expected to bring leadership, talents, and experience to a team-oriented and dynamic environment, driving results and developing team associates. Your role involves managing talent, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer has a great experience with custom-fit solutions for their hair and beauty needs. You will oversee all store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage assigned budgets, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. Additionally, you are responsible for protecting customers, associates, and store assets by ensuring all staff follows safety and security rules, procedures, and Company policies, and for maintaining the store's appearance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience
• 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Previous experience in operational, financial and performance management
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus
