As a leader within Purple Brand, the Store Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the in-store experience and driving the success of our store. This role will lead a dynamic team, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure the seamless operation of the store.

Requirements

  • 8 years of relevant experience in a management position in the retail industry
  • Strong understanding of luxury fashion, customer service, and retail operations
  • Passion for fashion, art and music
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume, high-profile luxury environment.
  • Ability to efficiently organize time and manage priorities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Efficient with Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Excel, etc)
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Manage store budgets, including expense control and financial reporting.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned by the management.
  • Analyze reports and manage stock levels by coordinating with key departments to ensure high sell-through rates, alignment with new product launches, and strategic investments.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor store staff to uphold the high standards of the Brand.
  • Inspire and motivate the sales team by consistently leading by example, actively engaging on the sales floor, and offering real-time coaching as needed.
  • Provide comprehensive training for product launches.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team for all employee relations matter to ensure effective resolution.
  • Establish a goal-oriented selling structure that focuses on relationship selling, building a client base and exceptional service.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that drives motivation and performance.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Manage employee schedules and timesheets approval.
  • Customer Experience: Deliver personalized and exemplary customer service that aligns with Purple Brand’s values and standards.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Uphold and enhance Purple Brand’s image and reputation through exceptional store presentation and service.
  • Sales: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Analyze sales data and customer trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store promotions and events.
