About The Position

Welcome to Flyin Brian Pizza, LCC doing business as Domino's! This locally owned franchise operates stores in the greater Columbus, OH area and has been one of the top 2% of all Domino's franchises for 18 of the last 35 years, including 6 of the last 7. The company is looking for future area managers and offers a full-time, salaried position for a Store Manager. They have a promote-within mentality and ensure new managers understand every position they will lead. Restaurant management experience is highly valued and will expedite the process of becoming a successful leader. The role requires working 5+ days per week, including most weekends, and involves overseeing all aspects of the store. The manager is accountable for people, operations, sales, and profits, which includes ensuring the safety, training, and culture of the team. The manager must lead by example, following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expecting the same from their crew.

Requirements
