Summit Recommerce Group, a locally owned company with 10 Uptown Cheapskate stores, is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Langhorne, PA location. At Uptown Cheapskate, we believe in sustainable shopping and helping our shoppers save money while staying in style. We buy and sell high-quality, gently used teen and young adult fashion, creating a fun, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. What You’ll Be Doing As Store Manager, you’ll be the face of the store—responsible for team leadership, business performance, and customer experience.
Requirements
- We're searching for a results-driven leader who brings professionalism, energy, and an eye for fashion.
- Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including some weekends and evenings
- Reliable transportation to our Langhorne, PA location
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of retail experience , with 1+ year in a management or supervisory role
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and drive sales performance
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiastic, people-oriented, and passionate about resale and sustainability
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 6–12 employees to meet store goals
- Select great second-hand inventory from the community, paying cash for like-new styles and curating the selection in-store.
- Manage daily operations including payroll, scheduling, and inventory flow
- Analyze sales data to make decisions that improve profitability and efficiency
- Deliver and model outstanding customer service
- Oversee buying operations using proprietary software to evaluate and price incoming inventory
- Drive merchandising, cleanliness, and overall store presentation
- Coach and train staff for excellence in performance and brand standards
- Foster a team culture of accountability, positivity, and high performance
