Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the store
Be accountable for everything that happens within your store, whether People, Operations, Sales, or Profits
Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team
Lead by example
Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew
