About The Position

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including but not limited to sales performance, customer service, staff management, inventory management, and financial accountability. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar sales volume environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.

  • Implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and optimize product availability.
  • Manage the store budget and expenses effectively to maximize profitability.
  • Analyze financial reports and identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
  • Implement pricing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment, including merchandise displays and signage.
  • Implement safety protocols to ensure a secure and hazard-free workplace.
  • Build strong relationships with the local community to drive brand awareness and customer loyalty.
  • Participate in community events and initiatives to enhance the store's reputation and visibility.
