Store Manager - Auto Parts Industry

About The Position

NPW is seeking a Store Manager to join our team. We are looking for an individual with knowledge of auto parts with some management experience. This position is BONUS eligible. The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for motivating and leading a customer focused team. Who is NPW? NPW is a leading independent automotive aftermarket parts distributor. The Company has over 500 employees, over 50 company owner locations in 16 states and Canada that include both stores and warehouses. NPW was founded in 1969 and has grown significantly through the successful completion of 30 acquisitions and organic endeavors.

Requirements

Must have at least 3 years of working in the automotive industry.
Must have one (1) plus years of management experience
Possess strong communication and leadership skills
Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Consistently lift/carry 10-20lbs
Bend, reach, lift, & climb ladders/steps
Stand and walk for the duration of the shift
Qualified applicants must successfully pass pre-employment screenings.
