Pay + Perks Up to $65,000 salary + Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus 3 Weeks PTO + Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, Vision + 401(k) Match Employee Discounts + Loyalty Rewards Career Growth Path to Store Manager Weekly Pay Bilingual candidates may earn additional pay Who Succeeds Drives sales results and team performance Leads from the front and stays hands-on Builds strong customer relationships and closes consistently Holds self and team accountable to goals What You’ll Do Support Store Manager in driving sales, retention, and overall performance Lead daily operations across sales, service, and team execution Coach and develop team members Review reports and act on opportunities to improve results Drive revenue through customer engagement, follow-up, and closing Support account retention and customer follow-up Manage scheduling, inventory, and store standards Step in to lead the store when needed Leadership Supervise and develop a team (3–5 employees) Provide coaching, feedback, and accountability Partner with leadership on performance and growth Requirements What We’re Looking For 2–3+ years leadership or management experience Strong background in sales or retail Proven ability to drive results and develop people Strong communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license Schedule Salaried (45–50 hours/week) Monday–Friday: 9am–7pm Saturday: 9am–6pm (required) Sunday: Closed Additional Information Blue Ocean Brands does not conduct routine pre-employment drug testing but may require testing in cases such as reasonable suspicion, workplace accidents, or as required by law Salary Description Starting up to $65,000 commensurate w/experience

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years leadership or management experience
  • Strong background in sales or retail
  • Proven ability to drive results and develop people
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Support Store Manager in driving sales, retention, and overall performance
