About The Position

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their store, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively. This includes managing all aspects of store operations such as scheduling, customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory, financial reporting, and safety. The role also involves managing, developing, and motivating store employees, as well as developing business strategies to meet goals and increase sales in a competitive marketplace. The manager will grow the company’s market share by selling to large, commercial users like paint contractors, in addition to retail customers.
