A Store Manager (SM) is responsible for delivering a beautifully merchandised and profitable store in the community. The role focuses on exceeding sales floor standards from presentation to service. The Store Manager assesses the store from the customer’s perspective, communicates ideas to the regional manager and other supporting partners to improve the store, and identifies obstacles and opportunities for the business. As a leader, the Store Manager recognizes the strength of the team, provides opportunities for career growth, and uses company tools to develop talent. They ensure ownership and accountability for the business through respectful communication and seek and respond to feedback from support partners to improve sales and ensure customer returns.
