Requirements

A customer-focused mindset with a passion for engaging with people.
A team player willing to jump in and support wherever needed.
Previous successful experience as a retail store manager, supervisor, or in a leadership role .
Strong customer service and people management skills.
A motivator who inspires and engages their team.
Ability to clearly communicate processes and instructions, both verbally and in writing.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Experience using POS systems with a willingness to learn.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including occasional longer shifts based on business needs.

Engage customers with product knowledge and recommendations.
Lead and support store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Motivate and develop the team to achieve sales goals and uphold brand standards.
Foster a positive and team-oriented store environment.
Ensure proper execution of merchandising, inventory management, and store presentation.
Train employees on company policies, sales strategies, and product knowledge.
Handle sales transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
