Our Store Managers Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate your team to supply the highest level of guest satisfaction and top- notch product quality. Execute the day in, day out operations in one of our stores. Meet and succeed profit and loss goals Lead, supervise, and train in product preparation, including portioning, packaging, and cleaning Manage cost controls and inventory.
Requirements
- Leadership and Management: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the restaurant industry, including knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Technology: Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software.
- Education: A high school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus!
- Experience: 5+ years management experience
