You are – You are an on-the-floor leader, performing all store functions and acting as a guide and role model for the team. You are enthusiastic and passionate about customer service, running a retail store, people development, and all types of leathercrafting and products. What you will do- As the Store Manager you will coach, develop, and inspire the team so that everyone working in the store serves as a true ambassador for Tandy Leather and creates an environment where everyone delivers excellent service, Tandy Leather product knowledge, and offers expertise in leathercrafting skills that translate into sales. Your leadership, energy, and willingness to drive retail store branding, create a niche retail experience and manage a retail business that drives success by consistently executing operational functions per company standards.
