Requirements

  • You’re people-first and always teaching. You build others up while getting things done.
  • You lead from the floor — clear, calm, and in control (but never micromanaging).
  • You stay cool under pressure and pivot like a pro when the day throws curveballs.
  • You bring the energy — positive vibes, high expectations, and a lot of team spirit.
  • You mean what you say and follow through. Your team trusts you — and you trust them.
  • 5–10+ years of leadership experience where you’ve led teams and delivered results.
  • Experience managing a store or large department — retail preferred but not required.
  • Comfort leading in fast-paced, high-volume, or high-complexity store environments.
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Creative thinking
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Nice To Haves

  • Promotion from assistant or co-manager roles is a big plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred

  • Pivot when needed — fast changes, no problem. You’ve got this.
