The Store Manager actively leads, coaches, and trains the following areas in the business: authentic customer service, communication, conflict resolution, business acumen, time management, and operation of POS terminals. Maintains desired store appearance according to company standards which includes setting regular schedules incorporating procedures set by operations. Schedules employees for optimum store performance, including back up plans for peak hours, vacation, sick time, training, etc. On a daily basis you can expect to find yourself: Ensures proper opening and closing of the location via completing reports and cash reconciliation. Performs deposit/nightly paperwork audits. Completes inventory and ordering for all supplies, prizes, and concessions. Oversees a staff of three to five managers and 15 – 25 additional employees. Recruits, selects, and hires staff. Drives success by ensuring employees follow the established processes. Mediates escalated guest interactions to assure a positive experience. Ensures all guests are safe and having fun and to ensure repeat customers. Ensures all equipment and facilities are functioning at all times and report any malfunctions according to company procedure. Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance. Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation. Respectfully takes direction from manager. Other duties as assigned.
