Requirements

2–3+ years leadership or management experience
Strong background in sales or retail
Proven ability to drive results and develop people
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license
Proven leader ready to step into a Store Manager role within 30–60 days
Demonstrated ability to own a business, not just manage tasks
Strong decision-making skills—confident, timely, and data-informed
