As the Store Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our retail operations, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities. From managing sales and customer service to ensuring operational efficiency, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing the overall customer experience. Applicants must be open to travel while in training, and possible relocation as Manager

Requirements

Proven experience in retail or hospitality management, preferably in the furniture or home furnishings industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of sales and customer service principles
Proficiency in inventory management and retail operations
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets
Monitor credit accounts
Schedule deliveries and deliver exceptional customer service
Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer demand
Maintain visual merchandising standards to showcase our products in an attractive and enticing manner
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee development
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines
