More about you – Store Manager Responsible for running day to day operations of the store and ensuring it is customer focused, efficient and cost-effective. As the leader for the store, you will be responsible for maintaining high operational and organizational standards, training and continuous coaching of team members and creating a pleasant environment for both customers and team members. Availability Requirements The successful candidate should be available to meet the below roster cycle: Monday: 7:30-15:30 Tuesday: 7:30-15:30 Wednesday: 7:30-15:30 Thursday: 7:30-15:30 Friday: 7:30-16:00 Applicant should have flexible availability to meet the business needs.
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage and lead within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- A happy, friendly and energetic personality
- A desire to deliver high quality customer service
- A current/valid police check or a willingness to obtain if successful
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively
- Motivating the team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
- Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items
- Hiring, training, developing and overseeing new staff
- Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards
- Drive customer service excellence to every aspect of the store, deal with queries and complaints in a professional manner
