We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager As Store Manager, you will own the full scope of store leadership—from strategic planning to execution—ensuring excellence in operations, people management, and customer engagement. You will lead by example on the sales floor, set clear goals, and foster a culture rooted in collaboration, performance, and continuous development. Your ability to coach and inspire will be key in cultivating a high-impact team and building a pipeline of future leaders. In addition to overseeing day-to-day store operations—including sales, staffing, scheduling, visual merchandising, and inventory management—you’ll act as a local market expert. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong operational foundation, and comfort navigating modern retail tools and platforms such as Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace.
