About The Position

The Good Feet Store in Mandeville LA, is seeking a motivated, performance-driven Store Manager who is eager to build a long-term career in sales and leadership. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the store while helping customers improve their comfort and mobility. Requirements

2+ years of experience in retail/sales
1+ years of experience leading or managing a team
Proven customer service and relationship-building skills
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Ability to multitask, think critically, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of store operations, including performance, team morale, and daily execution
Drive sales and profitability by setting priorities and holding the team accountable to goals
Trains sales associates using company provided training material regarding product knowledge, store operations and performance goals
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Support store operations including systems processing, inventory management, and chargebacks
Conduct personalized, one‑on‑one consultations to uncover each customer’s pain points, lifestyle needs, and goals
Demonstrate and fit customers with the right arch support solutions to improve comfort, alignment, and overall wellness
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
Accurately complete sales transactions and maintain organized customer records
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build repeat business
Stay up to date on product features, benefits, and promotions
