About The Position

This role is hands-on, blending leadership, customer service, and light technical work to ensure the store runs smoothly, customers leave satisfied, and associates are set up for success.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or retail management preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of retail management and supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to coach, resolve conflicts, and problem-solve effectively.
  • Technical aptitude for light repair, battery testing, and installation.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, evenings, and occasional travel.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in commercial sales is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to meet company goals.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Track and support performance against key metrics (KPIs) to ensure business success.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support technical offerings such as battery testing, installations, and device repair.
  • Maintain store appearance, safety compliance, and operational standards.
  • Grow business by driving retail sales and expanding commercial accounts.
