  • Prioritise health, safety, and well-being by conducting regular risk assessments and maintaining a secure environment.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop top talent to build a high-performing and motivated team.
  • Sales & Performance: Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Take a proactive approach to loss prevention, embedding processes that minimise risks and protect profitability.
  • Use commercial insights to make informed decisions, manage budgets effectively, and drive consistent results.
  • Customer Experience: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is memorable.
  • Address customer feedback thoughtfully and resolve issues to build brand loyalty.
  • Represent EMS with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a positive brand image.
