Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (college a plus)
• 2+ years of retail management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team to meet sales and service goals
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, merchandising, and inventory
• Ensure the store is clean, safe, and follows company standards.
• Manage payroll, expenses, and profitability.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly
