Requirements

• Management Experience REQUIRED.
• Knowledge of consumer tire products and services is REQUIRED.
• Strong team leadership expertise with understanding of what it takes to effectively direct and motivate sales.
• Proven experience in data analysis and use to make sound business decisions.
• Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding production, quality, efficiency, and customer service goals.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to perform tire work, including but not limited to tire rotation and balancing/tire installation.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable MVR and pre-employment testing.
