The Store Manager position is a salaried role that provides daily leadership to all positions within the store, including General Service Technicians, Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and Assistant Store Manager. This role reports to the District Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the store and its teammates, which includes selecting, coaching, and developing them. The Store Manager supports Monro’s vision to be America’s leading auto and service tire service centers, trusted by guests as the best place in their neighborhoods for quality automotive service and tires, by promoting products and services.
