Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, think critically, and make informed business decisions
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of technicians and service advisors
