About The Position

Responsibilities

• Ensure high visual and commercial curation according to store format and strategies.
• Analyze and follow up on sales and budget goals, creating plans to optimize results.
• Provide personal customer service and guide customers through fashion stories.
• Promote the Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives in-store.
• Manage store maintenance in a cost-efficient manner.
• Ensure correct routines in fitting room and checkout processes.
• Identify commercial opportunities and maintain competitor awareness.
• Handle all admin routines for people and operations correctly.
• Keep up to date with fashion trends and ensure team knowledge during customer interactions.
• Manage talent and performance, including recruiting and developing the team.
• Conduct performance evaluations and succession planning.
• Communicate effectively with the team and ensure professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, routines, and legal requirements in the store.
• Participate in onboarding and training processes for personal development.
• Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house.
• Ensure high-quality visual and commercial product presentation.
• Support daily opening and closing routines of the store.
