About The Position
As a Store Manager at Lowe's, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall store operations, ensuring that associates deliver quality customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked environment. Your role will involve monitoring performance, profitability, and the implementation of strategic asset protection plans to enhance safety and security outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional partners in HR, Asset Protection, and Operations to execute the Lowe's business strategy within your store. Additionally, you will be tasked with building a supportive store culture aligned with Lowe's mission, recruiting and developing talent, and driving execution of sales and service strategies. Your leadership will be crucial in analyzing data to inform store-specific strategies and championing customer service while acting as a brand ambassador for the community.
