About The Position
Central Valley is a leading family-owned and operated building supply company with eight locations throughout Northern California. We have been in business since 1955 and have grown to become one of the largest regional suppliers of building and agricultural products in the United States. We are currently seeking a Store Manager for our Napa facility. The Store Manager drives sales performance within all departments for the facility. Hires, engages and retains employees to provide superior customer service and profitability while coaching performance and company behaviors. Directs and holds teams accountable for company guidelines, policies and procedures.
